plugged in?

where you want to use the unit, but have not charged the battery, be sure that
the included AC adapter is properly attached to the converter/battery pack and
connected to an outlet delivering proper voltage.

The blue LED
on the battery is not on.
Check to see if
the power switch is in the on position. If it is not, then turn the battery on.
If the battery is in the on position and the blue LED is still not lit, then
your battery probably needs to be recharged. Plug the AC adapter into the wall

Has the protective film been removed from both screens?

shipped with small protective film covers over the two screens. These must be
removed before viewing any content. Please refer to the illustration in this
manual to be sure you are aware of the location of and procedure for removing
the protective film.
·
Is the
external device (program material) connected?
Double check if
the device you are using is properly connected to the ezVision. Photos and
descriptions of proper set-ups are available in this manual.
·
Do the screens need to be cleaned?
After time, some
residue may build up on the ezVision's screens. Cleaning them with a clean, soft
cloth is recommended. Clots and cleaners manufactured for use on eyeglasses are
a good choice for use with your ezVision. Treat the screens as you would a pair
of eyeglass lenses, exercising care not to scratch the screens. Abrasive
cleaners could permanently damage your ezVision.
