·   Is the external device (program material) connected?
Double check if the device you are using is properly connected to the ezVision. Photos and descriptions of proper set-ups are available in this manual.

·  Do the screens need to be cleaned?
After time, some residue may build up on the ezVision's screens. Cleaning them with a clean, soft cloth is recommended.
